  • Administer safety program:
  • Building systems, assets, fixtures, furniture, and fittings.
  • Collect technical data and prepare justifications for:
  • Support standardized maintenance across the client portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain an effective planned preventive maintenance program for:
  • Respond promptly to all emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment issues) and client concerns – available 24/7.
  • Execute corporate safety program to promote an injury-free workplace.
  • Maintain regular collaborative working relationships with manager, employees, and clients.
