- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agencies, and company directives related to building operations.
- Manage vendors and contracts:
- Participate in all aspects of the facilities budget.
- Promote a culture of “Fit, Finish, Feel” to ensure audit-ready facilities.
- Administer safety program:
- Building systems, assets, fixtures, furniture, and fittings.
- Collect technical data and prepare justifications for:
- Support standardized maintenance across the client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain an effective planned preventive maintenance program for:
- Respond promptly to all emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment issues) and client concerns – available 24/7.
- Execute corporate safety program to promote an injury-free workplace.
- Maintain regular collaborative working relationships with manager, employees, and clients.
