Shop maintenance records keeping.
Maintain employee confidentiality (interview and general records).
Assist in budget / monthly and yearly financials.
Maintain site meeting notes, and sign in sheets.
Work with HR on any pre-employment drug screens and back ground check and insure employee file is complete prior to first day of work.
Keep all filing up to date.
Submit expense reports (Certify).
Send any required records to administration within required time period.
May be required to Safely operate a site crew pickup when needed.
Assist with accident reporting.

Office cleanliness / general housekeeping.
Exposure on a regular basis to outdoor weather conditions.

Exposure to coke and limestone dust from unloading operations.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds is regularly required for filing and other record keeping duties.
Keyboarding skills that reduce the risk of carpal tunnel and other office related injuries.
