Prepare, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Stay up to date with analytics trends and emerging tools.
Lead data projects from idea through delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
Design and interpret A/B tests and other statistical models to validate ideas.
Work with teams across the business to understand what drives performance and provide data-backed recommendations.
Ensure all outputs meet privacy and data security standards.

A natural problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
Clear, confident communication you can translate complex insights into simple language.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
A solid grounding in statistics forecasting, A/B testing, or machine learning concepts.
