Oversee the delivery of the projects while focused on technical excellence and client relationships.
Serve as project manager and/or technical subject matter expert for municipal water/wastewater treatment projects in the state of Florida. This position may support other geographies while the Florida market is being developed.
Support business development activities including direct client interaction and engagement. Work with B&N’s senior Florida water/wastewater staff and marketing teams to develop a plan for expanding our service offerings into the treatment market
Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience
Train, coach, and mentor mid-level and junior design staff in developing and delivering projects. In the short term, this position will be supported by other B&N water/wastewater treatment groups with a long-term goal of developing a local team to serve area clients.

The ideal candidate will have the passion to build a water/wastewater treatment business in Florida to complement the existing conveyance team. Candidates should have strong technical skills, existing client relationships and a vision to increase the size of their network. Responsibilities will vary in relative volume, and change over time, but will generally include:
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Florida; or ability to register through reciprocity
Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent engineering program
10+ years of related water wastewater experience
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, pursuits and/or design teams
