Receptionist

Description

The Guest Ambassador/Receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors and plays a key role in shaping the workplace experience at the client’s offices in India. The role manages front‑desk operations and supports the Workplace Manager and Coordinator with event logistics, vendor coordination, basic administrative tasks, and landlord communication. The ideal candidate is service‑minded, well‑organized, communicative and proactive in a dynamic, high‑performance environment.

• Greet visitors, employees, and contractors warmly and professionally.
• Register and escort guests according to client policies.
• Answer and route incoming calls.
• Keep the reception area and lobby clean and visually appealing.
• Manage courier dispatch, deliveries, and mail handling.
• Assist in preparing and setting up on‑site events, town halls and celebrations.
• Coordinate event logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
• Distribute event communications and handle RSVPs as needed.
• Log and escalate facility issues to the landlord and track resolution.
• Maintain communication logs or ticket records for escalated issues.
