Team Management: Guide and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field leaders to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing negotiations, contracts, budgets, change orders, and schedule adjustments to maintain client confidence.

Ability to perform in high-pressure environments while maintaining client satisfaction.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or higher in commercial construction.
Familiarity with construction-specific regulations, safety practices, and project management tools (ComputerEase experience ideal).
Experience in project estimating and bid preparation.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
