The Developer III role combines creativity, curiosity and attention to detail within a cross‑functional agile team of engineering, design, product and QA. Collaboration and a highly collaborative approach to software design and delivery are essential.
- 6+ years of Node.js experience (e.g., Express, KOA, Joi, Objection).
- 6+ years of React experience building responsive web applications.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- 6+ years working in agile (Scrum/Kanban) distributed/remote teams.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of web performance best practices and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Docker, EKS, and Git.
- Experience with Redux framework (preferred).
- Strong TypeScript and asynchronous programming skills (preferred).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha (preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
- Experience with test‑driven development and continuous integration/delivery (preferred).
