- Enhancement Projects: Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to spec. Coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors. Manage estimates, cost tracking, and job billing.
- Crew Leadership: Supervise up to 12 field staff. Lead daily planning, training, performance, and safety. Promote a strong team culture rooted in quality and accountability.
- Winter Operations: Oversee snow and deicing routes, scheduling, and team readiness.
- Client Service: Partner with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong customer relationships. Attend client meetings as needed.
