The Guest Services Agent handles all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, resolves complaints, and answers inquiries about services, hours, events, and directions. Responsibilities also cover efficient check‑in/check‑out, reservation management, audit procedures, mail and package processing, luggage storage coordination, and basic in‑room tech troubleshooting.
You will support valet parking and lobby coverage during high volume periods or staff absences, work closely with valet staff to manage guest vehicles and deliveries, and perform other duties as required to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related college courses are preferred. Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows, excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills, and a professional, team‑oriented work ethic are essential. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts is required.
This role may involve AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, design, reporting, or operational efficiency. Employees must use AI responsibly, adhere to company policies and data privacy laws, review outputs for accuracy, disclose AI assistance, and never present AI‑generated work as solely their own.
