Manage equipment between subs at multiple locations.
Scan and attach packing slips to jobs and invoices to AP.
Manage small tools on all job sites.
Code and approve equipment and fleet-related invoices.
Enter invoices into work orders in CMiC and ensure proper tracking.
Track and maintain a monthly spreadsheet of job billings versus job costs to monitor revenue.
Assist shops with coding invoices and other administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain monthly billing folders for jobs, ensuring that all documentation is in order.
Add new vehicles to monthly import sheets and enter vehicle data in CMiC and HCSS.
Maintain equipment projections for job sites.
Maintains a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets.
Monitor and manage the maintenance and repair of equipment onsite.
Process expense reports for employees.
Monitor and track the location of fleet vehicles, updating information as vehicles move from job to job.

Prior experience working as a carpenter in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting, including rough and finished carpentry.
Class A CDL.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for tracking job billings and costs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience with fleet management and tracking software, such as HCSS, is a plus.
Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with utmost regard to safety.
