In this role you will oversee payroll and benefits operations, provide HR support and employee relations assistance, ensure legal compliance, manage performance review cycles, and drive HR projects that improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Process bi‑weekly payroll for multi‑site employees and maintain related records.
- Manage payroll changes for hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries, including discrepancies and garnishments.
- Collaborate with Finance/Accounting on payroll reconciliation and year‑end reporting.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, addressing concerns and escalating when needed.
- Support investigations, maintain confidential documentation, and handle workers’ compensation claims.
- Guide employees through benefits enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve issues and keep accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and assist with audits.
- Maintain HR records, reports, leave‑of‑absence administration, and performance review cycles.
- Track employee training, certifications, and development plans.
- Lead HR projects such as policy updates, engagement programs, and process improvements.

We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused HR Generalist who can balance hands‑on HR administration with a genuine passion for employee experience and compliance, serving as a trusted partner for both employees and managers.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or has 5+ years of relevant HR experience), possesses 2–4 years of generalist or coordinator experience, strong knowledge of payroll and employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.

- 2–4 years of HR generalist/coordinator experience; facilities management a plus.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Insperity, CoAdvantage, Paylocity) preferred.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Full‑time position with standard business hours; occasional travel between sites.
