The Wellness and Human Resources Specialist will report to the Vice President of HR and Safety and provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, focusing on core HR functions, electronic file management, benefits administration, and the development and management of wellness programs. This role is instrumental in fostering employee well‑being through innovative wellness initiatives and effective HR support.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, and have 2–3 years of administrative experience in an HR setting. Experience with benefits administration and wellness program development is preferred, along with strong organizational, communication, and HRIS skills. Certifications such as SHRM‑CP or PHR and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are considered advantageous.
