The Federal Engineering & Design team is hiring a Federal BIM Design Associate to deliver mission‑critical projects for federal facilities such as military bases, VA campuses, and other government installations. The role utilizes advanced Building Information Modeling techniques to support design and drafting initiatives across all project phases while driving innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and layouts, coordinating design intent changes with project teams.
- Conduct clash detection, constructability reviews, drawing standardization, and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to integrate multidisciplinary design elements within BIM.
- Support development and implementation of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices across projects.
- Participate in client meetings and deliver presentations using BIM visualizations and data.
- Mentor junior staff on BIM tools and processes to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
