Work with sales force to develop annual customer sales and margin budgets, for both existing and new customer targets, to achieve regional and company objectives
Regularly accompany members of the sales team on customer calls to ensure DSG is exceeding customer expectations while maximizing market share gain.
Work with RGM to manage expenses related to sales activity, to ensure alignment with regional objectives.
Provide leadership and direction for pricing proposals and strategic plans for key accounts

Conduct regular reviews of account performance to ensure alignment with regional performance objectives and sales team achievement

Familiarity with the local markets.

You must be able to analyze problems, propose reasonable solutions, make logical decisions, carry out decisions made, and follow up with feedback where appropriate.
Experience in the distribution industry.
The ability to lead, coach/develop and motivate individuals and teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to lead a diverse group of external customers and vendors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the company.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, as heavy travel is required.
Comfortability in developing and delivering effective presentations to a group.
An ability to plan, analyze, prioritize and organize work effectively and to work effectively under pressure and deadlines.
Five years of field selling experience in the Electrical industry with three to five years of sales management experience.
