Prepares for jobs by checking parts and drawings for accuracy and completeness
Tests mechanical, electronic, electrical and hydraulic products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper operation and compliance with OEM specifications
Properly fills out working reports, hour’s reports, time sheets, hour’s overviews, work orders, and expense reports
Maintain conformity to safety requirements, manufacturer procedures, and other regulations

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mobile Crane Mechanic/Technician that can operate and inspect cranes in order to diagnose defects.
Reads and understands operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
Capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Demonstrates working knowledge of CANBUS, PAT, EKS, ECOS, LICCON, and Greer systems.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required for field technician positions
Ability to work overtime as well as on weekends is a plus. Travel is required periodically for 1 to 4-day intervals for field techs. Our shop technicians work anywhere from 40 to 50 hours a week depending on immediate needs and our field technicians work anywhere from 40 to 80 hours a week depending on customer needs.
