  • Assure the application of optimum workmanship and the development and maintaining of good working relationships between colleagues and customers
  • Participate in the training of field personnel as required.
  • Participate in weekly job box meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Participate in the on-call rotation
  • Comply with safety procedures as set out by company policy and provincial Health and Safety Act
  • Perform and coordinate maintenance and repair work with fellow mechanics
  • Provide assistance to Sales department
  • Take ownership of work-related issues
  • Work in coordination with property managers, designated managers, general contractors, and owners to meet or exceed contractual obligations

  • Maintain current knowledge of all aspects of elevator technology
  • TAC32H/T (an asset)
  • Requires ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
  • Schindler 400A, 3300 and 330A
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be in possession of a valid EDM-A license (Ontario) and be registered with the RBQ
  • Requires demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees and customers, internal and external
  • High School Diploma is required coupled by a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the elevator industry
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous supervisory experience an asset

  • The applicant must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting knowledge of the following systems:
