What you would be doing

Maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at end of shift, following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies, focusing on both public areas and back of house.
Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles. Make sure trash receptacles are clean and odor-free.
Communicate with service staff to quickly meet guest needs. Relay feedback and information from guests to service staff. Correct errors or resolve complaints with a friendly, positive attitude.
Keep the booster seats and high chairs clean. Alert leadership about any highchair safety issues.
Report any breakage or damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management.
Adhere to quality expectations and standards, including clean and professional uniforms and personal appearance.
Ensure floors are without debris and moisture. Clean all spills immediately. Use floor signs to caution guests and staff.
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift, keeping all floors free of food, trash, or other obstacles.
Attend pre-shift meetings before each shift. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to leadership. Follow and support brand standard operating procedures (SOPs).
