Overview
Founded 1968
Year of establishment
The company was established in 1968 by visionary Tony Goldman in a small 200 sq ft office.
$12M Revenue
Estimated annual revenue
The company's revenue is estimated to be around $12 million, reflecting a sustainable niche business model in creative urban development.
Tony reimagined decaying districts—like SoHo, Wynwood, Miami Beach, and Philadelphia—as pedestrian-centric cultural hubs.
Through adaptive reuse and historic preservation, the firm blends real estate, public art, and hospitality in every project.
Their portfolio spans boutique hotels, restaurants, galleries, event venues, and fully revitalized city blocks.
Iconic works include Wynwood Walls, Hotel of South Beach, Soho’s Greene Street Cafe, and Philadelphia’s Midtown Village.
