The Senior Finance Analyst role sits within the Customer Operations portfolio, providing expert financial and commercial advice, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and month‑end analysis. You will own the detailed processes that deliver the budget and forecast, collaborating with key business stakeholders to ensure targets are clear, understood and owned.
Key accountabilities include preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly management reports, delivering high‑quality quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial and operational results, and developing insights that underpin target setting. You will seek ways to improve the reporting of financial and operational information, provide specialist input to finance and business stakeholders, and present finance updates at townhalls and leadership team meetings.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated analytical accounting or finance experience, a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Economics, and preferably CA or CPA credentials. Experience in supplying financial analysis to business management, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to utilise and enhance sophisticated accounting and reporting systems are required. SAP business planning and consolidation experience is desirable, and a motivated, proactive, high‑accountability attitude with collaborative skills is essential.
