- Allocate resources effectively and arrange training as required
- Carry out Safety & Environment Tours and lead risk reviews, supporting a robust H&S management system
- Provide management, leadership and control of a team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen
- Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm and set targets aligned with project objectives
- Manage handover documentation and self-certification of works
- Set and monitor quality targets and KPIs, overseeing audits and implementing improvement actions
- Analyse and improve productivity, manage sub-contractor performance, and adapt programmes to site circumstances
- Motivate, coach and develop your team, monitoring competencies and performance
- Support procurement processes and advise on commercial aspects
- Produce cost plans, manage commercial risk schedules, and provide reports for weekly project meetings
- Keep up to date with legislation and cascade key updates to your team

- Holds a current driving license and CSCS Card.
