A global leader in power management, providing energy-efficient solutions for various industries.
Enrich RDE drives the development of a medium‑voltage portfolio by increasing ownership and maturity. It focuses on building a pipeline of ideas and proposals for the energy transition, evolving technology maturity through technical mentoring, reviews, and risk assessments, and ensuring strong execution while managing cross‑functional teams and effective risk mitigation.
Product ownership involves collaborating with global cross‑functional teams—including systems engineers, design, CDE, reliability, marketing, and manufacturing—to own engineering decisions across the entire product lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering designs and specifications for new features, demonstrating end‑to‑end design and development of the LIPE product line, and making decisions on new and sustaining product lines aligned with top‑level strategy.
The role also provides engineering solutions for field issues, plant quality problems, and retrofits, while leveraging the local ecosystem and digitalization for faster execution. It builds strong technical capability by creating 3‑5‑year technology roadmaps, generating innovative ideas for competitive advantage, promoting awareness of IEEE, IEC, and internal standards, and utilizing local test labs for validation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have 12+ years of experience with molded rubber products for medium‑voltage electrical applications. Required expertise includes leading teams through all product development stages, conducting dielectric, short‑circuit, temperature‑rise, and arc testing per IEEE/IEC standards, designing rubber/polymer products with deep manufacturing knowledge, driving new product industrialization, managing product costing, and applying DfX methodology.
