Own New Product Launches (NPL) in their portfolio for their geography (phase in/phase out), including providing forecast and financial expectations in yearly Profit Plans.
Contribute to New Product Marketing Customer Requirements, including master data requirements and service requirements/opportunities.
Represent Eaton in local standards committee and norm groups related to the focus products.
Provide educated insights to field segment demand generation team to possibly localize or alter the segment campaign (e.g. for a local hero product).
Deliver Value Sales trainings to sales teams and partners (commercial persona) related to their own product portfolio.
Coordinate with sales to fill in BTA (Business Target Agreement) with regards to expected revenues and launch plan activities, for New Product Development projects.
Define the relevant service offer for the supported products together with sales and service team.
Input into product local sales strategy and contribute to its execution with the sales team and partners.
Help local Sales leadership develop and deploy an action plan to deliver the strategy and grow product sales (target specific customers, markets, channel, value prop including Go-To-Market strategy).
Coordinate certification of localized products and solutions with local test labs and authorities.
Support Global Segment Content Marketing & Campaigns COE with insights to develop and update buyer personas and journey maps for selected personas.
Define price positioning (versus competitors) on the local market, including price groups. Ensure product margins and profitability for the relevant portfolio.
Translation of technical features into commercial messaging
Ensure adapted and relevant sales enablement content materials are developed (mainly by Product Lines), validate and apply any localization if/as needed (trainings, support material, tools for Sales).
Provide new product price and price list modifications for their portfolio to be entered in the ERP tool and communicated to customers.
Conduct market gap and product fit analysis to select products fitting the particular market needs.
