Review and formulate data management, data governance and data security policies such as personal data protection, data quality & standards, data sharing and data access controls to support Public Sector guidelines on Data and Public Sector Data Security goals.
Manage and respond to data incident
Engage stakeholders such as business units and IT teams to assess data sensitivity in ICT systems, and evaluate, review and implement relevant data security measures to strengthen organisational data security posture against data security threats.
Plan and implement capacity development and outreach programmes in areas relating to data & data security

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Degree related to Data, Information Systems / Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields, preferably with 3 to 5 years of working experience in data governance, data security and data standards.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the dependencies between ICT-related initiatives and data policies is preferred
Knowledge of PDPA or equivalent in personal data protection requirements is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with resourcefulness and ability to propose alternate solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
