We are seeking an experienced Control & Software Engineer for our senior‑level position in Hinjewadi, Pune. The role requires a solid understanding of refrigerants, refrigeration systems and safety considerations for developing test equipment that enables early‑adopter product development and supports environmentally friendly HVAC alternatives. It offers a broad range of technical challenges and the chance to work on cutting‑edge equipment and software development.
- Understand facility requirements and integrate solutions with electrical systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience with instrumentation and control systems.
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration cycles and components.
- Willingness to travel 5–10% for training or remote support.
- PLC programming (Ladder, Structured Text, Function Blocks, Flowcharts) and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SCADA, SQL databases, and network infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio and specialized instrumentation integration.
- Knowledge of RS‑485/Modbus, TCP/IP Ethernet, and analog communications (4‑20 mA, 0‑10 V).
- Understanding of low‑voltage and high‑voltage control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
