Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI reports, data models, and processes
Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from various sources into reporting models. This includes working with databases, multi-dimensional models, spreadsheets, and other data storage solutions.
Lead the reporting & analytics team to design, create, and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
Interact with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other IT team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
Design and manage data models, including relationships, hierarchies, and measures to ensure data integrity and optimal performance
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying current with BI tools and best practices
Execute on a business intelligence strategy aligned with Ventas’s strategic goals. Advocate for the effective use of BI tools in decision-making and promote adoption across departments.

Coach functional power users to be able to derive the full value of reporting solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, related field or equivalent degree with experience

Knowledge of AnaplanXL and other BI tools and/or platforms is a plus
