- Ability to adapt to the needs of our clients and work outside of one’s comfort zone.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and present summary level information
- Master’s Degree
- Experience working with state DOTs, toll system integrators, planning organizations, or Toll / Thruway / Turnpike Authorities.
- Proficiency in data reporting and analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI, VBA, Power Query, Python
- Familiarity with tolling policies, technologies, or equipment.
- Local candidates preferred
- Familiarity with data reporting and analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau
- Familiarity with tolling backoffice systems and/or customer contact center operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Project and Visio skills
- Expert Microsoft Access and Excel skills
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization
- Knowledge of ArcGIS, SQL Server and /or Crystal Reports
