Maintain all infrastructure and compliance documentation including up-to-date building drawings and regulatory compliance documentation required by Federal, State or Local law
Identify facility maintenance objectives and incorporate them into documented plans including preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance procedures
Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and guidelines related to building infrastructure operation and alert management of building discrepancies
Oversee maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical (lighting, UPS, PDU, generators, primary switchgear), and critical environments
Supervise and manage engineers and maintenance staff including hiring, training, and personal development responsibilities
Identify safety hazards and implement remediation to ensure staff and occupants work in safe environments while administering safety training programs
Supervise activities of contractors working within the building as representatives of the building or tenant operations

Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
Experience with regulatory compliance documentation and procedures
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety, and backup power systems in critical applications
Professional certifications in facility management, electrical, or HVAC systems
Knowledge of reliability-based maintenance programs and best practices
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Physical ability to use ladders up to 30 ft, work from heights, climb stairs and navigate rooftops to access equipment
