M365 adoption and implementation support: collaborate with stakeholders to support the adoption of tools like SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot. Assist with building and supporting SharePoint Online sites and Microsoft Teams for internal and external users.
User training: create user documentation and conduct virtual training sessions. Offering one-on-one coaching on M365 tools as needed.
M365-related project management: conduct requirements-gathering sessions, manage timelines, and assist with successful rollout and user adoption.
Ensure system scalability, security, and sustainability: manage access controls, monitor system configuration, and implement best practices for long-term system performance and security.
User support: research, debug, and solve technical issues related to the M365 platform; manage user support tickets and enhancement requests. Provide access to SharePoint sites and troubleshoot access issues. Assist end-users with M365 applications.

Bachelor's or associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Communication: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences.
Experience: three years of experience:
Software: Microsoft 365 tools and information management or enterprise content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, or similar.
Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Forms.
Familiarity with automation, scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for system management and administration.

Compensation: anticipated range of $26–$32 hourly. Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance. This position is classified as non-exempt (hourly) under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
