- Coordinate and maintain stock of equipment, consumables, tools, and materials, including processing orders and storing items
- Process, order, receive, document, and store inwards and outwards goods
- Populate all received material certificates into the material register
- Participate in deliveries, pick-ups, and other errands, and assist with general administrative duties
- Streamline work processes, maintain a clean and organised work environment, and conduct stocktake audits to ensure consumable levels are maintained
- Lead by example to ensure health and safety is a priority, fostering a low-risk workplace
- Raise and submit purchase requisitions for approval and authorisation
