- Perform on‑site mechanical, electrical, and control checks for data‑center startups.
- Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems in food and beverage industries.
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate automation and control systems in partnership with engineers.
- Communicate progress and updates clearly to customers and project teams.
- Follow rotating travel schedules (e.g., 5 days on/2 off, 10 on/4 off, or 14 on/7 off) across North America.

- Must reside within 50 mi of a major airport; personal vehicle required within 45 days of hire.
- Possess working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and communication networking.
- Demonstrate adaptability, grit, strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Hold a technical degree or equivalent 3+ years hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
- Ability to walk long distances, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, and work in varied environments.

Our four‑week paid training prepares technically skilled individuals for field work. Success requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking.
Starting salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 depending on location, education, and experience, plus per diem for meals, mileage reimbursement, utilization and weekend bonuses. We also offer annual merit raises and a 5% salary increase after six months.
