We are seeking a Government Apprentice, Company Apprentice or Diploma Engineering Trainee to join our Business Services team. The role is designed for candidates with 0‑1 years of experience in production, line assembly or quality, who are eager to develop skills in manufacturing processes, lean principles and supply‑chain management. You will work with various manufacturing machinery, contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and support safety, quality and productivity goals.
- 0–1 year experience in production, line assembly or quality
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/operational processes and lean principles (5S, Six Sigma)
- Good interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills
- Excellent time‑management and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations; ability to use manufacturing machinery (advantage)
- Business understanding of specific area and economic evaluations
- Ability to provide oral and written feedback
- Problem‑solving skills and strong process discipline
- Action oriented
- Manages complexity
