Lead Advisor for Energy Transition, providing technical and strategic consulting services to clients in the energy sector.
Support due diligence and risk assessments for energy projects
Contribute thought leadership and represent WSP at industry forums
Lead engagements: concept development, feasibility studies, technology assessments, business cases, and energy system optimization
Provide technical advisory across hydrogen, CCUS, biofuels, renewables, and midstream assets (pipelines, grid, storage)
Recommend low-carbon technologies tailored to client operations
Collaborate across WSP’s global network to ensure project success
Analyze regulations and incentives to identify clean energy investment risks/opportunities
Build partnerships to address energy transition challenges and drive innovation
Lead proposal development and strategic pitches
Assess solutions for powering data centers and consider AI to optimize energy systems
Mentor junior team members and build client relationships
Conduct GHG evaluations and life cycle assessments (LCA)

Expertise in energy yield assessment and relevant financial and statistical analysis
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong project management skills and knowledge of energy project lifecycle
Able to travel domestically.
Post-graduate degree in engineering, science, business, economics, or a related field of study is preferred.
Expertise in carbon analytics – marginal cost of abatement, levelized cost of conserved carbon etc.
Experience in new energy technologies.
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in energy advisory and/or working with organizations in the ERI sector.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, economics, or a related field of study.
Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred.
