- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as lubricating and cleaning
- Setup CNC machines, including loading materials, inputting programs, and ensuring proper dimensions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, or other technical drawings to understand the dimensional specifications and requirements for each job
- Inspect finished components to ensure they meet the required tolerances and quality standards
- Operate CNC machines to perform machining operations, such as turning, milling, drilling, and cutting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process
- Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects
- Monitor machine operation, making any necessary adjustments to ensure the quality and accuracy of the finished product
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience in operating CNC machines, knowledge of various machining techniques

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Standing or walking for long periods of time
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors including times of inclement weather
