  • Relayer les dernières innovations et communications BIM au groupe structure;
  • Procéder à la conception et à la mise en plans des bâtiments en charpente d'acier, en béton armé, précontraint et charpente de bois;
  • Élaborer des processus au projet conjointement avec les autres divisions de l’entreprise;
  • Cadre de travail et projets stimulants;
  • Préparer les croquis selon les directives du concepteur;
  • Élaborer avec le gestionnaire BIM les stratégies de modélisation de structure et en assurer la supervision;
  • Effectuer les relevés de chantier.
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination;
  • Réaliser l’estimation des coûts de projets;
  • S’assurer que la modélisation des disciplines est conforme aux exigences;
  • Assurer le suivi d’avancement des projets au niveau BIM et assurer la coordination multidisciplinaire;
  • Relayer les dernières innovations et communications BIM au groupe mécanique;
  • Assister, au besoin, les techniciens et supervise le travail des dessinateurs attitrés aux projets;

  • Connaissance des règlements, codes et normes régissant le bâtiment au Québec;
  • Expérience dans un bureau de génie-conseil;
  • Effectuer la conception technique, la modélisation et la coordination spatiale pour la structure.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’initiative, souci du détail;
  • Salaire concurrentiel;
  • Être à l’affût des nouvelles plateformes et outils afin d’en discuter au comité BIM;
  • Compte de gestion des dépenses santé;
  • Habileté à synthétiser l’information et à donner de la formation et intérêt pour la recherche et le développement.
  • Participer à la gestion de la plateforme BIM;
  • Maîtrise de la plateforme collaborative ACC, dynamo et langage Python, (un atout);
  • Minimum de 8 années d’expérience pertinente;
  • AEC en Coordination de maquettes numériques BIM (un atout);
  • Créer et gérer les modèles et familles spécifiques aux projets;
  • Bilinguisme tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (un aout);
  • DEC en génie civil ou autre formation équivalente;
  • Participer à la bibliothèque d’objets numériques, gabarits ainsi que la documentation BIM du département;
  • Maîtrise du logiciel Revit et Navisworks;
