Design roadways in accordance with AASHTO and MaineDOT specifications and CADD Standards using Microstation/InRoads and OpenRoads.
Perform field investigations and construction phase services support.
Develop and oversee design plans and calculations, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates.
Interact with and present project designs to clients, agencies, and the public.
Provide guidance to mentor team members with a positive growthoriented perspective.
Prepare engineering reports and technical studies such as design memos, feasibility studies, and concept design reports.
Collaborate with team members, other disciplines and offices, and subconsultants.

Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in design with project management experience a plus. More experienced individuals are encouraged to apply as the responsibilities of the position are flexible based on experience level.
