As a new graduate, you will assist in structural design and analysis using multiple materials and engineering software, gather client requirements, and support project planning and execution. You will document design decisions, analyze low‑ to medium‑complexity tasks, and ensure quality compliance with IMEG, industry, and client standards. Additionally, you will stay current on engineering trends, prioritize safety, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in all project phases including construction documents, submittal reviews, and site observations.
Candidates must hold a BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (MS preferred) and ideally possess an EIT license, with internship experience in building‑design consulting preferred. You should be knowledgeable of design techniques and codes for steel, concrete, wood, and masonry, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient with structural analysis software, BIM tools, and the MS Office suite. Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and the willingness to travel up to 5% with occasional overnight stays are also required.
