  • Utilities & Offsites Commissioning Lead shall provide guidance to his commissioningTeam, EPC contractor, Sub-Contractors within his area of responsibility.
  • Monitor and approve the close out of punch lists in his area.
  • Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems and subsystems.
  • Coordinate with Vendors to ensure close monitoring of commissioning activities.
  • Participate in commissioning meetings and other related meetings.
  • To ensure completion and handover methodology is proceeding in compliance with related contractual documents.
  • Responsible for the progress of Utilities & offsites commissioning activities. Review pre-commissioning and commissioning Procedures.
  • Participate in troubleshooting analysis to resolve commissioning obstacles. Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance.
  • Provide advice and support for Sr. Commissioning Manager as and when required. Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC Contractor.

  • Must have at least (5 ) years of experience in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects with preference of commissioning sour gas , Utilities, Power Steam and Generation and air separation projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
  • Having a minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience in the commissioning / operation readiness position with experience in GCC region as preference.
