The Call Center Representative role is a part‑time, on‑site position based in Elk Grove, CA. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling appointments, resolve customer concerns, and maintain high levels of customer service. Attention to detail and effective communication are essential to the daily responsibilities.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and support skills, strong interpersonal abilities to build client relationships, and proficiency with computer‑based customer management systems. A commitment to achieving customer satisfaction through effective problem‑solving and communication is required, and prior call‑center or customer‑facing experience is preferred. Applicants must be able to work on‑site in Elk Grove and possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus.
The role offers opportunities for growth and includes a generous commission structure. There are two openings for part‑time positions, limited to under 30 hours per week.
