Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
Assist with compiling and maintaining required financial information to populate reports for senior management
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Monitor, reconcile and report on division cash positions
Assist with preparation of annual audits and quarterly internal financial statement preparation.
Follow up on outstanding items with vendors and internal staff.
Prepare basic financial compliance reports as requested.
Work with Project Accountants with day to day and month/year end closing tasks
Review, code, and process vendor invoices and payments.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and /or Accounting and related work experience.
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
Construction accounting experience preferred.
Ability to develop and maintain relationship with both local, regional and international financial team members.
Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
2+ years of general accounting experience and financial recordkeeping.
