- Ensuring access to all platforms the Government is using to solicit bids (Sam.Gov, PIEE, DoD SAFE).
- Keeping Building Connected up to date on current bidding opportunities (proposals past bid date must be closed).
- Completing proposal number request form and requesting associated information.
- Replying to all client emails unless a Business Development Director is to be responding to them.
- Upon proposal award, moving all proposal files to an awarded folder for operations.
- Saving all award/loss documentation in proposal folders.
- Updating Monday.com with results (won or loss) and capturing metrics.
- Post new bid opportunities to Monday.com (Workflow Management Tool) and populating all key data (deadlines, company name, set-aside, magnitude, etc.).
- Upon proposal submission, moving all proposal files to a submitted folder.
- Checking all proposals daily for new RFI responses, amendments, and/or any changes to existing bid opportunities.
- Creating new bid opportunities on Building Connected (Contractor Management Platform Network) and advertising them to subcontractors.
- Following up with contracting on award status of pending bids.
- Providing operations assistance with subcontractor buyout as needed.
- Maintaining Monday.com to ensure all key deadlines are accurate at all times.
- Downloading all new RFP documents and placing them in a project folder.

- 3-5 Years experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of Monday.com and Building Connected desirable.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions commensurate with the position.
- Unrestricted driver’s license.
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with computer software to include MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with RFP process
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- US Citizen to support federal work
