What you would be doing

- Allocate work to engineers and follow up on job completion and reporting.
- Schedule jobs, track orders, and manage procurement processes.
- Help set up and maintain new operational processes and systems.
- Provide support to the wider team as required.
- Coordinate day-to-day service operations for R&M projects.
- Liaise with suppliers, confirm pricing, and support invoicing.
- Take ownership of administrative tasks and drive improvements in efficiency.
- Support small project delivery and ensure smooth running of service activities.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable liaising with engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- 2+ years’ experience in a relevant role (service, operations, or administration).
- Someone transitioning from a trade or site role into office-based work.
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive process improvements.
- Mechanical or Electrical experience a distinct advantage.
- Technical knowledge of the industry and understanding of site terminology. Not essential, but a strong advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong IT Skills
- Experience in procurement and scheduling is highly desirable.
- Salary: €40,000–€45,000 (D.O.E)
