- Coordinate delivery and serve as the primary contact for service-related inquiries.
- Support pharmacological services by managing fill list verification and patient records.
- Facilitate prior authorization requests and transcribe prescriptions accurately.
- Generate reports and follow-up with refill requests via escribe, facsimile, or phone.
- Process new pharmacy referrals and verify insurance coverage.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls while providing excellent customer service.
- Answer and resolve inquiries related to pharmacy services and delivery.

- 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.

- Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician License.
- Willingness to learn new computer software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Time management skills.
