Develop new service agreement estimates by accurately entering equipment details, applying standard scopes of work, and creating preliminary labor plans.
Update existing agreements by revising consumable costs (e.g., filters, belts, and other materials), obtaining vendor or subcontractor quotes, and incorporating field-identified corrections.
Maintain accurate photo documentation by obtaining updated images and ensuring all photo records are complete and correctly formatted.
Support proactive sales and marketing by maintaining accurate resources, developing new tools or materials, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Research and compile relevant service documentation, including equipment IOMs, specialty service requirements, and required or recommended materials, with consideration for cost-effective and sustainable sourcing options.
Conduct proactive account management by auditing service information, developing CRM-based Client Care Call plans, making follow-up calls, triaging customer needs, and logging all actions in the CRM.
Review and update tasking standards based on the most current equipment information, IOM requirements, and consumable needs.
Collect, organize, and standardize site, safety, and HVAC equipment information submitted by Proactive Sales and Field Teams, including photos, make, model, and serial numbers.
Process renewals for existing agreements, including house accounts and auto-renewal requests, and complete simple contract performance checks.
