Develop effective performance indicators for the department and its initiatives, and measure the impact of development projects and analyze their results.
Ensure compliance with corporate excellence standards and participate in preparing excellence portfolios (EFQM, Dubai Excellence, ISO).
Develop and implement change management plans, and build organizational awareness of the importance of change and its acceptance.
Actively contribute to supporting department managers and department staff in assigned tasks.
Prepare analytical reports that support decision-making and promote continuous improvement in organizational performance.
Coordinate work with other departments to ensure the integration of institutional efforts and minimize duplication and overlap.
Support the implementation of human capacity development plans and provide specialized technical advice to managers and staff.
Enhance knowledge transfer mechanisms and document best practices to ensure knowledge sustainability within the department.
Support digital initiatives and propose the use of modern technologies to improve processes and services.
Participate in the design and activation of corporate innovation labs, and foster a culture of innovation in the workplace.
Supporting the director in forming and leading multi-skilled teams, organizing their main tasks, and monitoring their performance.
Provide ongoing support to the department manager in reviewing reports and provide feedback on received reports.
Providing opinions and advice to department managers and the director regarding contracting with consulting firms, including reviewing the scope of work, offering technical opinions, and participating in the evaluation of technical proposals.
Propose development initiatives and projects that contribute to increased efficiency and effectiveness, and the achievement of organizational excellence.
Develop and review the department's operational strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the organization's strategic directions.
Design and implement comprehensive organizational transformation plans, and support their application across all sectors of the organization.
Representing the department on committees and in meetings, and performing any other tasks assigned within the scope of their responsibilities.
Assess the department's readiness to participate in competitive awards and provide support in self-assessment processes.
Develop frameworks and methodologies that support sustainable organizational transformation.
Analyze future trends relevant to the organization's work and propose scenarios that support the organization's readiness.
Support work teams in applying interactive tools and methods to ensure the success of transformation initiatives.
Support department managers in achieving the department's approved implementation plan within the approved timeframe.
