Perform duties within a precise limit or standard of accuracy (Quality Control).
Assist with asbestos and lead abatement procedures in accordance with regulatory protocols.
Always represents the Company with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.”
Identify and report hazardous materials to maintain a safe, compliant job site.
Support concrete and asphalt preparation, placement, and finishing on heavy-construction projects.
May be required to train and supervise apprentices.
Complete the Company’s Safety training, Process Safety Management training and Client/Site specific training.
Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and steel-toe boots.
Preform trenching and excavation tasks following safety standards and grade requirements.
Complete weatherization tasks to improve energy efficiency and protect structures from environmental conditions.
Will occasionally work at heights, climb ladders and stairways and work off of platforms while utilizing proper fall protection and safety protocols

Must be able to pass a Laborer Craft proficiency test at or above 70% or complete the NCCER certification for your craft.
MUST obtain and maintain active status within the appropriate drug testing program.
Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures is crucial.
Employee will be standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting.
MUST have Verification of 6,000 craft related hours OR Graduated journeyperson status preferred.
The ability to communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and other departments about issues and solutions is important.

A steady hand and good hand-eye coordination are necessary for working with small parts.
Minimum of three (3) years or more in refinery maintenance experience.
Thorough understanding of Laborer type work and expertise in basic hand tools.
Must be capable of working outside in the elements including but not limited to the heat, cold, rain, snow and wind; and must be able to work for long periods of time, up to 12 hours a day.
Must work well with supervision.
MUST have a 20-hour high hazard facility training card.
May be required to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and protocols.
Rigging, signaling, and flagging for heavy-construction lifts.
Must be able to hear, speak, understand and communicate effectively
Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
The ability to logically diagnose and solve complex equipment issues independently is critical.
