- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of substation protection systems, relay technologies, relay tripping philosophies, substation automation systems, Interface Engineering, LV Auxiliary Systems & Telecom Panels.
- Knowledge on PLCC/FOTE engineering and able to interface between CRP & SAS with Telecom Equipment.
- Experience in control cable engineering in substations.
- Experience of Control and Protection engineering up to 765kV/400kV/220KV and HVDC Project Substations (AIS/GIS/SOLAR/WIND). Ability to design and prepare scheme drawings as per project requirement in anyone of E-CAD Tool for min 4-6 years of experience (Ex. EB software/E-Plan/ AutoCAD Electrical/equivalent)

In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and long-term business goals.
- Knowledge of different make Numerical protection relays and BCUs.
- Min 12-15 years in substation protection relay systems within EHV Electrical Substations, Oil & Gas or Power Transmission industries.
- Experience in IO Mapping with respect to the scheme drawings/troubleshoot of database issues in SAS system / RTU based system.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in CT and VT and its sizing calculations.
- Knowledge on Process Bus oriented digital CT/VTs & associated Circuit Breakers & Isolators
- Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environments with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge on Relay Testing, Equipment Testing, Control / Protection scheme testing & SAS Commissioning experience (min 1 year) shall be given additional weightage.
- Fluent in English; additional language (any foreign Language) is a plus.
