4D Planner

You’ll be the bridge between planning, BIM, and construction delivery — using tools like Synchro, Navisworks, and P6 to build accurate, detailed 4D simulations that help teams visualise every phase of the project.

You’ll work closely with project management and site teams to plan, sequence, and communicate the build, ensuring everyone understands the programme before boots hit the ground.

• Supporting tenders and pre-construction with visual sequencing
• Presenting updates and visuals to internal stakeholders and clients
• Helping project teams plan safer, smarter, and more efficient delivery
• Building and maintaining 4D models linked to project schedules
• Working with design and BIM teams to validate progress and logistics
• Work on high-profile industrial projects across multiple European locations
