Ensure accurate costing for labour, materials, subcontractors, and indirect resources.
Compile technical clarifications, basis of estimate documents, and tender schedules for electrical works.
Maintain accurate tender notes and provide clear handover to project teams.
Attend site visits and client meetings as required.
Review design and construction documents, analyse specifications, and identify risks and opportunities.
Source and evaluate subcontractor bids and supplier quotations.
Recommend cost-saving options and prepare work method statements aligned with client criteria.

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
