Assist in providing necessary reports for HR or Payroll purposes.
Assist with investigations and employee relations.
Update union rates spreadsheet and provide data to Payroll department.
Administer benefits, including FMLA, as well as short & long term disability.
Serve as point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Review new hire and termination checklists for accuracy; edit as necessary. Forward to appropriate mailing lists.
Conduct orientation for new field employees in the region.

Excellent time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or significant coursework in business management, human resources, organizational leadership or a related field.
4+ years generalist experience with desire for development and advancement.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times.
2-3+ years of HR experience.
Intermediate level in MS Office software, especially Outlook and Excel.
Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment such as scanner, copier, etc.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional demeanor and high-level communication and interpersonal skills with all company employees and outside customers.
Able to work in-office 5 days a week (schedule is Mon – Fri, 8am -5pm).
High detail orientation and accuracy.
