Leads the change control process and project financial closeout.

Prepares purchase orders, letter agreements, and contracts for all appointments (consultant/contractors/sub-contractors).

Performs estimates at various stages of design development and assess and compares various project options. Reviews/reconciles bid documentation and performs cash flow forecasting and analysis.
